In GFII, in one of many scenes where Michael and Hyman Roth are discussing their big deal in Cuba. Roth says something to the effect of "a young man wanting to be president of the united states and having the power to do so..." I know thats what he says but it is something close to that.

Why did Roth say that?
What did he mean by it?
Who was he talking about?

Roth was talking about the fact that they (LCN) were large enough, and had enough money, to buy a presidential election. The time he said it is 1958-59. The obvious insinuation is that, as has been claimed for years now, they(LCN)helped put JFK in the White House.
