"King Rat" Ralph Natale has finished writing his memoirs, and is said to be shopping around for a publisher.

In said memoirs, he mentions a supposed meeting between Carlo Gambino and Angelo Bruno that (surprise, surprise!) he was invited to, and in which Bruno heaped praise upon him as "a guy that will kill in the blink of an eye".

He also claims that actually, he was made in 1968 in a warehouse owned by Tommy Gambino, and that he just "said what the Feds wanted him to say" when he testified against Merlino.

Braggadocio aside, its a couple more murders he's claiming to have committed now that could lead to more trouble for him. He declined to mention them during his time as a witness. There's no statute of limitations on murder.

The thing is, he'd have to monumentally stupid to actually be admitting to these murders now. And as monumentally stupid as I think Natale is, I gotta say it just seems like so much fiction. He's just yapping bullshit to anybody who'll listen now.
