There is not much info on him, he was John Stanfa's underboss for a while, and eventually went down with him, getting a life sentence, and he was only like 40 years old. Was he made during the Scarfo years or by Stanfa?
He got the short end of the stick, that guy. He gets life for ordering a couple murders, but actual triggermen like Phil Coletti and John Veasey flip and get out from under. Although Martines did try and whack Veasey, so thats probably fair enough from where Veasey's standing.
Yeah I read that article,the part that crackesd me up was saying that Veasey was the agressor in that attack.The jury could tell right off he's lying.How do u explain shooting someone in the back of the head,that's self-defense.He himself got ambushed back in 83 by Gino Milano and Iannece.Got shot 5 times close range,don't no how he survived that.
I think when Frank Martines got that phone call from Stanfa, he should hung up on him. That was one bad decision. That was 20 years ago god dam time goes by fast.
