What is the consensus about Agostino C,untrera's involvement? Was he killed in retaliation because he was suspected to be behind the Nick Rizzuto Jr killings or was he killed by the same people that killed Nick Jr and Abducted and probably killed Paolo Renda?

Also IIRC, Sergio Piccirilli was heard on wire taps a few years back telling an associate he "was armed and ready to go hunting" in reference to the Rizzuto's and had also conducted surveillance on key members of the Rizzuto faction. Perhaps he is involved with the recent purge?
