My dear boxing fans mark your diaries 14 April. Rios V Gamboa!!! For the true boxing fans I don't have to explain why to watch this, all I will say is we would all probably agree we will see more excitement than Mayweather v Pacquiao or almost any other fight we can name.
Its a fight like this that makes following this messed up sport worth it!

Chris Eubank was a great fighter, you would just never pick it from watching his documentary. He is a very complicated character haha. My favourite British boxer of all time would be The Prince, Naseem Hamed I think, legend.

Yeah the legend who Paralyzed someone in a car accident and went to jail for a couple of years, after he finished fighting. Wasted talent. He was a good fighter though..

Oh wow, I didn't know about that. He was an amazing talent. I know he lost one fight, fought once more then retired. Far too early in my opinion. A good like-able showman is hard to find but I loved Naseem. Some people can just pull cocky off, but it's usually those who can back it up with real talent I guess. He had a real gift.

Where do you lads think Joe Calzaghe goes on the list of best pound for pound fighters ever?

Yes Naseem was a great fighter to watch but he was a prick outside the ring. I still see him ringside at some fights and lets just say he could come back as a heavyweight now smile

Calzaghe was a great fighter who was unbeaten. some of his detractors may say some of his early opponents were not quite up to scratch...but the fact remains he won all his biggest fights and retired unbeaten!

What a great fight! Congrats to Mayweather, he was made to work for his victory, never have I seen his face so busted up before, Cotto is a great fighter. I really think Mayweather is far better than Pacquiao.

Much as i dislike Mayweather, he is a true pound for pound great.

Now he needs to get his ass off to jail, at least he should be ok in the showers whistle

Amazing the way Mayweather turned it up a notch just when he needed to. I never liked him due to his personality, but there's no denying his place in history as one of the "pound-for-pound" all-time greats.

If the fight ever happens, he will beat Pacquiao like a rented mule. Mark that down and hold me accountable if I'm wrong. And trust me, I hope I am wrong, because I still don't like Mayweather.

2. David Haye and Derek Chisora are to fight each other at Upton Park in the summer, a real grudge match this one smile

Good British heavy coming through is Liverpool's David Price. he is demolishing guys and won again at the week-end. Tyson Fury, who is over-hyped if not entertaining, is dodging him!!

Certainly one to watch, i think he could be a real power in the division over the next few years!
