Moglievich is definitely the most notable name on the Top 10 list right now. I wonder who will be the next 2 guys to replace Bin Laden and Whitey?

Ayman Al-Zawahiri is probably a big priority now.

The Zetas use violence even more readily. And they may even have slightly more square mileage of territory within Mexico itself at this point. However, I think the Sinaloa cartel is still far more influential politically. And it definitely has a bigger scope of operations internationally, including throughout the U.S.
