Here in Italy one of the most diffused methods of mafia camorra and ndrangheta is the occultation of corpses after the kill("lupara bianca"): often they've found the corpses underground,or dissolved in the acid,hidden in cement's building or weighed down with iron and thrown into the sea(like pussy bonpensiero in the sopranos).

So i have never heard or read one of these story in the american mafia.
Anyone knows something about these methods in the real american mafia.
did they ever used these methods?

It depends on the type of hit, if it has to set an example the body will always be found beaten or other signals.

But usually the most mob hits in America remain unsolved, because the body is never found. Most of the time the body is cut to pieces and disposed in the ocean, or construction sites.
A good book is, Murder Machine. About the DeMeo Crew, they have a very sophisticated method of disposing bodies
So we can say that both organizations have the same methods, maybe the camorra and ndrangheta are more savage.

It was done by his crew, and i am sure it was done with other crews in the american mafia. I cant get at the files at the moment, i am sure some experts here can give you some examples

there are lot of guys that used dismemberment. look at tommy karate from the bonnanos. and of course we all believe the ice man when he says in his first interview that he never dismembered someone then in the next interview he claims to hack someone up with a chainsaw. of course im just joking about the iceman because he is a joke that hbo & phillip carlo made famous

Usually, American mobs don't want bodies to be found. Under our laws, no body, no criminal charge, unless someone turns rat. Sometimes they will leave the body to be found--perhaps with hands cut off or a canary stuffed in the mouth--as a symbolic warning.

Some mob guys also got creative with their work.
Gerrard Pappa supposedly once killed a loud-mouthed hoodlum and then buried him in the concrete foundations of a new building.
Pappa took care to ensure that the victims head was placed underneath where the toilet bowl would be installed!!!
