Blood and Honor by George Anastasia, Book about Nicky Scarfo
The last Gangster: By George Anastasia. Book about Joey Merlino and the only former cop to made.

Flipped: Kenji Gallo. Modern day Colombo family.

Andy Russo is still alive? He was street Colombo boss in the 80s. This guy was old as dirt then.

I might or might not be related to a former Zip boss

Breakshot is about Kenny "Kenji" Gallo. He actually used to post on the Real Deal forum. Probably still checks in now and again. He's half Asian, half Italian I think. Anyway, he started out in the drug business in California. Later he got into the porn industry as a director - whatever that means. He developed contacts with the LA mob family and worked with them for a while until he moved back east. First to Florida, if I remember right, and then to New York where he ended up working with the Colombos. He does have some entertaining stories but he seems to jump back and forth between refreshing honesty and self-serving hyperbole. But that's to be expected I suppose.

He used to have a website called HollywoodMafia.com Lots of stuff about the LA mob, past and present (what's left of it), a number of pictures, and a hilarious phone rant left by LA mob capo Jimmy Caci who thought Kenji was someone else that had called him. He now has his Breakshot blog site. Pretty much the same thing. He tells the same stories and argues with people who call him a "rat." He provides some good info but I've always found it strange how he's left the life but still can't leave it alone, so to speak.

Tommy Shots: They want me running the family, don't they know I have a young wife?
Sal Vitale: (laughs) Tommy, jump in, the water's fine.

i would say that roy demeo was much more trechorous than gaspipe..( in my opinion) i have both books and done alot of cross referencing on both people and true they were both stone cold killers..the difference was that roy demeo used to cut his bodies up and dispose of the pieces..that is a whole different type of killer in my opinion..i have seen alot of violence in my life and known alot of the wrong people and i can actually say that some people get off on that stuff..
i did like the part where gaspipe got the guy who tried to kill him and then tortured him for hours before he finally put him out of his misery..come to speak of it, they both were homicidal maniacs..if you havent read it, read murder machine about roy demeo
