I agree with Enzo. I think it was a way of Vincent showing contempt for Zasa (notice the smirk on his face). I bet Andy Garcia ad-libbed that line.

When Vincent is passing out envelopes of money to other Dons at the meeting, he whispers to Joey Zasa nothing for you. I thought that was pretty good line.

I think Vincent's ZaZa was kinda like Sonny's BaDaBing, sort of a trademark dont'cha think? Like Father like Son.
