Does anyone know what the real life Jimmy "The Gent" Burke thought of GoodFellas? Even though he was in prison when the movie came out (and remained there the rest of his life) he must have seen it.

I can see how he'd be very flattered by some of the things Nicholas Pileggi wrote about him in "Wiseguy," particularly when Pileggi calls him a "criminal savant" and describes how great he was at hijacking.

Let me tell ya somethin my kraut mick friend!

If he did see it I'm sure he laughed at the movie's depiction of Henry Hill as a smooth tough guy. By most other accounts Henry was just a geeky little weirdo, even before he got mixed up with drugs.
