Seen as how LCN members are usually neat and groomed in public from there suit,nails,no mustache,shoes,etc.
Why did "Black Bill" early Boss of the Detroit LCN keep his right pinkie finger nail very long and manicured.Only one reason i know to do this.Drug use??I know this is a simple question but i have a pic of him at a congressional meeting and hes being swore in and hes dapper besides the coke nail.
