At my mature age you find yourself tired (in need of a nap) during the day. I 've taken "power naps" at my desk, while assuming the working position.

As a commuter a few years ago, I loved my train nap on the way home. I have fallen asleep during yoga class and acupuncture, but I think that is not unusual.

In a van down by the river!
Right now.

Long as I remember The rain been coming down.
Clouds of Mystery pouring Confusion on the ground.
Good men through the ages, Trying to find the sun;
And I wonder, Still I wonder, Who'll stop the rain.

Yes! Reminds me of when I worked in the City and would go out drinking after work.... I'd fall out on the subway ride home. It's a wonder I never got mugged.

I stayed awake for about 45 hours straight one time during exams. I think I then had a deep, uninterrupted sleep of 14-15 hours. I haven't slept through an entire night in about 5 years. I wake up two, sometimes three times, in the course of a night.

That last picture reminded me that I too usually sleep with my arms crossed. For the first 43 years of my life I 've mostly slept with an arm under my pillow, and I thought it was strange that I've been sleeping with arms crossed the last year.

I sleep on my back with my hands under the pillow!

I also snore like a bull in this position and get several vicious elbows to the ribs from my wife during the night ohwell
