HaHa, what ever became of those two crazy love-birds Lavinia and Partagas!? Always dallying with each other all over the boards. wink

But that's a truly wonderful cause you help promote, Part. I'd like to offer assistance in my town but really can't afford to contribute financially right now. Anything I can do to help?

Cristina - lovely seeing ya in here smile

M.M. Floors - I actually did write you, and just checked the PM - it says "M.M Floors has removed himself from this topic". Date says September 12. Maybe you just forgot about it. But who cares as long as you're here. Welcome back! cool

Partagas - sure is good to see you're still alive and kickin. Now tell us a joke grin

No worries Floors, your secret is safe.

Anyways, back on topic...has any of the comeback royalties still around this palace....or was it all just a one big Hi-Bye ?

Guess I should rename this thread and call it "GBB's Ultimate one-night stand".

or "GBB's Night of the Living Dead".

Keep it coming...but I have to say that it's not the subjects which matter...it's the people. Surely we all want interesting topics to discuss, but many times even the worst possible topics turn out to be wonderful threads because of the people who posted. They know how to make them interesting, and for that I'll give credit to many members here. That's why I'm still around. If the people are good, then the rest is just extra. You know you can have a list of great topics posted on another forum, but that wouldnt make the place any brighter if the people are shit.

Luckily, I'd say this place has some of the most wonderful people one may hope to encounter on the internet. This forum is gold....regardless of what's being discussed at the mo.

Hope you'll stick around Floors smile

Gosh. It really does seem like yesterday we were discussing his son's teenage antics. Congrats to both Part and Mary Cas - two first-time grandfathers in the same month. What are the odds of that?!? (cue Don Sicilia)

...And welcome back to injektilo. Make yourself at home again, just don't open any closets or look under any rugs. wink

When I was new here, for some reason, I'd get Turi and Injektilo mixed up. Looking at both their taste in avators, I guess I can see why. They'd probably hit it off. lol

nope, not really. i just checked and it was (almost) 2 years ago when i last checked in. then i said:

Got married
Bought and sold my first house
Bought my second house
Bought four cars (though not all at once!) - i sold my car, so we only have one car between us now. frown
Changed jobs four 5 times (Though all in the same company) i am at a new company now. different industry (it security)
Joined two three other forums and left one of them

not a lot else i guess. i've just celebrated 4 years of marriage, this new business we have started is going well, it's almost christmas! wink

i like the 'what we look like' forum. it was great to cruise through and check out the familiar faces!

Ha ha...just 18 days hu? I was thinking you were here a year before me. See, now you're the older-timer than me, by 18 days. lol

Happy 4th anniversary. I sounds like you've had a lot of personal activity in your life. That's what it takes to find your niche in life---changes. It is nice to see you back.

In a couple of years you can take the little guy on another "hobo ride" on the boxcars. I wish you a lot of happiness.

WELL HELLO- FAMILY!

missed you all so much. recently, my little brother watched the godfather trilogy- after years and years of hearing me talk about it and knowing that it was so embedded in my SOUL! he finally gets it, he even cried! just wanted to say, there's nothing in the world like sharing the experience of the GF films with someone and seeing their reaction- and it really reminded me of this board, where i used to come and hang out with people who loved it just as much as i do.

wink

Seriously, I am glad to see you back. Stick around, or at least check in from time time, a little more often. I do hope all is well with you.

Hello pp! Somehow this topic is working very well!

Hope you stay around and put some interesting topics/posts on the forum. It's a bit boring. Maybe I have to see the movies again just to get some spirit for interesting posts.
