Just curious, which family runs Buffalo these days? Anyone know for sure?

The same family. Or what's left of it anyway. The family still has between 30 and 40 total members, probably due to the fact that they are in the Northeast as much as anything. Not all are active though. What indictments there have been over the past decade show the standard Mafia street activities, i.e. illegal gambling, loansharking, extortion, fencing stolen goods, a few scams here and there. The family was said to lose it's control over Laborers Local 210 in the 1990's but I've heard that it's influence may not be completely gone there. The family continues to be active in Hamilton as well. The Todaros continue to run their pizza and chicken wing chain La Nova.

Thanks. I'm guessing the areas of mob influence are mostly downtown and on the west side?
