Merry Christmas everyone. Hope Santa brings you all you wanted, and a wee bit more. But more importantly you share your time with those most close and dear to you.

And for the New Year, don't make resolutions to 'not' do something. Make resolutions to 'do' something. Mine is to do more for other people. I've donated blood for a few years now, but I'm going to do more to donate platelets and hopefully bone marrow.

Be positive, try new things and enjoy life.

I shall be back in the 'Thorpe tomorrow, this numpty is working 'til 4 then jumping on the next train. Still need to pack, and I've got to take all the bloody gifts I'm taking back to Scunny to work too. Rubbish.

I'm bumping this because I made a rare positive message, and really meant it. I'm getting soft in my old age. Go out and grab 2009, people. It could and should be yours.

For anyone you miss and that's not here with us, have faith in what you believe. I know my loved ones will be seen again some day.
