This is a recipes from at least 1951 so here you go

4 tbls. rolled oats or Fine Oatmeal

1/3 pint Fruit Juice (your choice)

4 dessert apples

4 tbls. cream or top of the milk

1 tbls. honey

a little brown sugar

2 oz. sultanas (seedless white grapes) or raisins

chopped nuts and whipped cream to decorate

**************

Place the oats and liquid in a bowl and leave it overnight. The Next day grate the apples (with theirs skins on); keep a little back for decoration, and mix the rest with the remaining ingredients. put into glasses and top each with some grated apple, a few chopped nuts and some whipped cream.

Enjoy Yogi

He - (Simón Bolívar) - was shaken by the overwhelming revelation that the headlong race between his misfortunes and his dreams was at that moment reaching the finishing line. The rest was darkness. "Damn it," He sighed. "How will I ever get out of this labyrinth!"

So what’s the labyrinth?

That’s the mystery isn’t it? Is the labyrinth living or dying? Which is he trying to escape - the world, or, the end of it?
