Criticizing this film is like shooting fish in a barrel, but here goes. After the Atlantic City hit, Michael and Vincent ditch Neri, manage to get to the hotel parking garage, steal a car and drive back to New York. It is unclear how Neri got back. After all that, Michael, Connie, Neri and Vincent are all still awake in the kitchen which is strewn with open wine bottles, bread, pasta, and other goodies. It is unclear what time it is, but Neri has already managed to learn that all the Dons who survived the massacre had already made deals with Zasa, and that Altobello was in Staten Island with his daughters and contemplating retirement in Sicily. How does Neri get back to NY, and obtain all this information, and why is everyone pigging out on food and wine after this attempt on Michael's life. What was it 5:00 a.m. by that time? No wonder Michael had a diabetic stroke. Oh yea, and Harrison managed to learn of the stroke, get out of bed, get dressed and drive over to the Waldorf to inform the archbishop of all this.

It called the Time Continuum, which was borrowed from Back to the Future. If you look carefully, Michael J Fox can be seen looking in the window when Vincent is boffin' Grace.

What wasn't revealed in the movie was that Michael had the plans for the Flux Capacitor. That was going to be his trump card if he couldn't kill all his enemies....again.

Just think:

He could have stopped the hits on his father and Sonny and then gone on to be a math professor....this proves he never really wanted to be legitimate.

He could have saved Appolonia which proved he did love Kate all along.

He could have reversed the order to kill Fredo which proves he never really regretted the decision.

Most important, he could have had someone looking out to see wh opened the drapes. This would have saved all that trouble of traveling to Cuba.

If that happened we wouldn't been able to speculate on who did.

Why do you think it's the same night?

While I know it's a bit of a cottage industry on these boards to skewer GF 3, let's chalk this one up to filmmaker's license - expository dialogue is a pretty commonly used technique.

Really, Neri's knowledge here is no more of a stretch than Tom's knowledge of the happenings in Havana in GFII.

The dumbest line in III is when Hamilton asks the doorman if they can park there for a few minutes. What was that all about?

I don't think that all these take place in the same night.the weather during Michael's stroke was very bad for a helicopter to fly (they used one to go to the meeeting)
