It was actually chilly last night.... I think it got down to about 50°. OzzieBoy stayed VERY close to me and the blanket all night. (He was actually laying in the sun spot - where the sun comes in and leaves a spot on the floor - this morning. He usually doesn't do that until November).

Tonight's gonna be a repeat. I love it!!

The temperature is starting to get cooler in Toronto (at least at night) with it heading down to 13 degrees (celcius!) and daily highs of 22-23 degrees (celcius!), with the exception of today it has also been quite breezy.

Here in CA September is very much a summer month. However, on the plus side, it usually cools off enough in the evening by Sept. that you don't need your air at night(at least I don't, but I seldom use my air anyway.) We Could eve get a rare 100 degree day or two in October, but it's shortlived. smile

Anybody here from the Atlanta area?? What a nightmare they've had there with all the flooding! They just played a 911 call made by a woman whose car was swept away, unfortunately with her in it. They just couldn't get to her in time, and she couldn't get out of the car.

Bad stuff in the southeast (Atlanta). A small article in our newspaper yesterday - a two year old drowned when the family trailer home was split in two by a flooded stream. The child was swept away. What a heartache.

Supposedly global warming will cause more extremes in weather.

Just some light rain down here below the Pinelands. We do seem to miss those lines of storms, but the Nor'eastrs kill us.
