I think it's a little of both! lol Mr. Babe liked the original, but can take or leave the new one. I like it better than he does.

I just watched a clip from "Dancing with the Stars."

I have to say, I could have gone my whole life without seeing Nancy Grace's boob pop out.

Let's take a page from her book. If we can allege Mens Rea, we can have her prosecuted.

I really enjoyed the pilot of "2 Broke Girls", so I was quite disappointed by the suckiness of last night's episode.

Yeah, the pilot almost almost made me pee myself. But last night's episode really stunk.

CBS News) Andy Rooney will announce on this Sunday's "60 Minutes" that it will be his last regular appearance on the broadcast. Rooney, 92, has been featured on "60 Minutes" since 1978

Wow, Andy Rooney has been around a long time. 92 years old. Yea, I think he's earned retirement. lol

I saw 2Broke Girls last night and it wasn't too bad (Last week was funnier). I did enjoy again the second episode of Two and a Half Men as well. Cracked up at that last scene by the pool. lol

Unfortunately I nodded out during one of my favorites, Hawaii Five-O, BUT will catch it on "On Demand." smile Geez, we're getting spoiled. Remember when we had to wait for a tv show to repeat, not to mention waiting years for any movie we saw at the theater to hit the tv screen? The times they are a-changing.

Tonight the only new show I'll check out a second time is Unforgettable is on at 10:00 (CBS).

Anyone else watch AMC's "The Walking Dead?" I'm watching the repeats on "On Demand" since the new season starts this month. I actually like it better than "True Blood." Although both shows is a matter of taste (so to speak) LOL. lol

Will this be Kristen Wiig's last season on 'SNL'?
Kristen Wiig retired two of her "Saturday Night Live" characters earlier this year, but now there's the question of whether she'll depart from the sketch comedy show altogether.

Showbiz411 has cited a source who claims Wiig's getting ready to tape what could be her last season on "SNL." The absence of NBC's show on her to-do list would make room for more film projects, which Wiig has been racking up as of late.

Has anyone seen HBO's Scorsese documentary on George Harrison? I know it began showing Oct. 5th but I haven't had a chance to see it yet. I saw part II was on last night but I want to see part I first. Thank goodness for "On Demand". smile I will catch it eventually. Just wondering if anyone had a review.

Watched part one of HBO's Scorsese's George Harrison special. Although George was featured it was hard to get away from stories that didn't focus on the entire group, which made it even more entertaining IMHO.

The early years with plenty of wonderful old footage, much of what I don't remember seeing before. It focused on a few aspects of Harrison early life, friends and his musical talent, reaction to fame, money and how one time they all were in the hotel room in the bathroom just to get away from everyone/everything.

It also covered their first LSD experience which George evidently really enjoyed. Of course that period of their lives entered the Ravi Shankar/Maharishi years and the era of meditation. About his first visit to Haight Ashbury which Harrison said was nothing like he expected. He thought it would be "groovy people getting spiritual" but instead "it was all bums". lol He said they were offered drugs/pipes, etc but he declined and said he stopped doing drugs.

Of course George's solo music went off at that era with All Things Must Pass.

Lots of info and nostalgia and a reflective look at George who really does seem to be the "quiet" (lowkey) Beatle. I look forward to part II.

Looking back to the 60's and remembering the contribution, excitement and talent that the Beatles brought to our shores, makes me really am sad that we lost two of the four at such young ages. frown Their talent will live forever.

Part two was equally as good concentrating but not limited to Harrison's solo career including his concert for Bangladesh, The Traveling Willburys to name a couple. On the personal side, the film covers the time his home was broken into (which I actually forgot about, and reminds us of how seriously he was injured (stab wounds)and continues up to his death of cancer with a touching synopsis from his wife Olivia.

Oh, they also show his son, Dahni, who I can't say I know anything about, but he does resemble his father. I did learn a lot about the "quiet Beatle" beyond the public image. A truly talented and I think genuine person.

smile

Has anyone caught the ESPN special titled Catching Hell about Steve Bartman? In the Cubs 2003 playoff game against the Marlins he tried to catch a home run ball that Moises Alou was trying to catch also and kept Alou from catching it wnd the Marlins went on to win the series and pennant. Bartman ended up having to receive police protection for a time to insulate him from irate Cubs fans.

(PEOPLE.com) -- "Rush Hour" star Chris Tucker's $6 million Florida mansion is in foreclosure, with more than $4.4 million owed to the bank, reports the Orlando Sentinel, citing papers filed in Circuit Court in Lake County.

Tucker, 39, bought the 10,000-sq.-ft. waterfront home on Lake Apopka, near Orlando, in 2007. The newspaper says the residence contains five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool, and a basement outfitted to resemble a pirate ship, including the sail.

Court documents reportedly show an $11.5 million IRS lien on the home in 2011 in order to collect federal income taxes from Tucker, whose monthly mortgage payment, the documents also show, was $25,812.50.

Love that show, Geoffy!

It's hard to believe that Bryan Cranston played Tim Whatley on Seinfeld. He's a marvelous actor.

Can any of our Brit friends tell me how this guy Jeremy Kyle never got the shit kicked out of him?

I caught his new American talk show the other day, and I was actually rooting for one of the audience members to choke the life out of him.
