Boy, one thread about body wax and all the gents jump right in to see the replies. You guys are so cute. Bethie you got em going. ;\)

Nah, I hate just getting eyebrows waxed. I'll stick to a razor . \:D

Here in CA my favorit DJ, Rick Dees, every morning is razzing what he refers to as the new "intern" to the show. They told this intern, to be initiated he needed a full body wax of some sort which included getting waxed (in their words) "vay down there". Ha ha ha. This guy had it done and today Rick says he's starting a contests of some sort where you can rip stickers off Scott's body and win a prize (I think to Universal Studio) if you rip one off where there is a red dot under it.

They are teasing the heck out of this guy today claiming they heard he wore no underwear and they started laughing saying Scott goes "Commando". The guy is a good sport and seems to go along with everything. It's hilarious

Is there something wrong with that?

Gee, people I got a lot more replies when I posted a similar poll on the tim mcgraw board!!! Apparently most women shave - (or most tim mcgraw fans shave) - and most of them (60%) just the bikini LINE area. However, 25% shave it all off.

Just FYI, not sure how scientific the poll was... not very.

Okay ladies, answer this. You might trim the hair down there for clothing related reasons, but why would any woman shave it all or even shave it extensively? It has to be a sexual thing, right! Why would a woman want to look like a little girl? I asked my wife and she said she didn't know after she gave me a look and asked me why in the world would you ask a question like that. So, ladies, your opinion please.

Why would men want hair transplants? Why would women want botox? There is something magical about youth. I think. Or maybe it is to please the men, who find it attractive. Women wouldn't want to do it, if the men find it undesirable or repulsive. All the 'comfort' reasons are secondary. I would think that this whole poll is most relevant from a man's perspective, as women are just as much pawns in this sexual game as the men who build up cave-manly muscles to impress women.

Ah Pauleeeeze, looking like a little girl or not, I hate hair down there and it drives me crazy. Shaving it irritates me even more. I like things smooth down there, so any method of plucking would do. It is only a matter of feeling comfortable. I also wax JG, and he has no problem with that. \:p

I still don't understand. Men have plenty of hair down there and I've never heard a man complain about it. You say it drives you crazy. Are you saying that somehow you feel it or something like that? In fact, you're the first woman I've heard complain about her hair down there. I don't get it.

Each person has his own threshold of getting irritated by different things, and you don't have to understand it, but that doesn't mean there isn't such a thing. It just feels as bad as getting kissed by a man with stubble, which perhaps you don't understand the irritation caused by that either. I just hate it. Yes, I feel it, I feel disgusted by it, it pierces my skin and I feel germs having party in my jungle.

With five daughters, I have some experience with such things. Girls have to be concerned about "things" in that area because of hygiene, etc. But now we've introduced them to another concern that is purely elective. Now we have them concerning themselves about that area as a fashion statement. To me all that does is draw their attention to it and not in a good way. I figure that a littel girl who is just enetering puberty and getting hair down there is now going to be ... well, you know what I mean.

I certainly don't know what you mean and frankly fashion concerns, hygiene concerns, comfort reasons or whatnot, it's one's own body and one can do what one pleases. It doesn't have to be sensible to all.

Olivant, you're not a woman, so don't try to understand.

No one likes having an afro down there, and generally speaking.. men don't like women having one either.

And that's all I'm gonna say without turning this into an X rated thread. \:p

More details, please.
