Ok in GF3 when Michael is having a meeting with the cardinal and the guy with the glasses comes up to him and says "our boats must sail in the same direction" and then he says "its not personal its stricly bussiness, you should know that Mr. Corleone". Did anybody find it wierd the way he said it.

Leave the gun and take the canoli.

I found it weird that a guy who's supposed to be a Sicilian speaks with a German Swiss accent.

I thought he was from Milan, or perhaps he was an ex Nazi posing as an Italian or a Swiss guy.

Change of heart is a necessary regular sanitary measure. Change it oftener for better hygienic effect. grin
As to the weird lines.. There are so little that are not.. We may count them.

Actually, I was just referring to our ongoing debate about Michael Corleone and the quality of The Godfather III. smile

Sure I got you. When I start joking in the most terrible mood, I'm unbearable, I know.

The one Rudik posted wasn't bad, but I can't stand:

1) when Michael tells Vincent he wants him to do something dangerous, Vincent says "good."

2) "Love somebody else"

3) when that assassin starts doing the donkey imitation

Sorry, you started using all those big words and I go confused. lol

As for The Godfather III cheesy lines, I admit, there were a few. The one line that I absolutely couldn't stand in the movie isn't really cheesy. Its when Michael is talking to Joey Zasa in his office with Vincent. Vincent tells Michael that Zasa is talking bad about Michael behind his back. And then, when Michael goes to Zasa he says something that I thought was completely unlike him. "Joey. If there’s some guy running around this city saying 'fuck Michael Corleone', what do we do, with a piece of shit like that? He’s a fucking dog, no?" I don't know but everytime I watch that movie, I kringe when I hear Michael say this. He just sounds too "gangsta" to be Michael Corleone.

Yes, I did find it weird. He gave Mike a very contemptuous look and sort of breathed really hard out of his nose.

As for other atrocious lines in GFIII

George Hamilton at the breakfast table telling Mike his operations are "No different than any corporation"

Gilday telling everyone to "Remember we are in the Vatican"

Bridgette Fonda having a one night stand with Vincent and asking him if he loves her.

"Io sono stanco, sono imbigliato, and I wan't everyone here to know, there ain't gonna be no trouble from me..Don Corleone..Cicc' a port!"
