Odd shots in GF3 trailer

In the godfather 3 movie you before the oprea, Vinny is talking to the don that gets possioned and in the trailer it shows that sence but Vinny spits at the mans shoes and say "Im a Corleone!" and when Vinny tells Neri to write to Joey Z. "..He can live or he can die." Michael yells "Vincent will you shut up!" but in the trailer in stead of "Vincent will you shut up!" Michael says "Shut up! Shut up!" and the last mistake I noticed was when the one Don gets stabbed in the neck but instead they show him trying to break his neck. has anyone eles noticed this?

i knew that. But the shot of vinny spiting at that guy and yelling im a corleone is still great. I would say they should have used it but it might have gave away the guys death
