There was a Murder Inc in the 30s and 40s, and it was a powerful organization which was cracked down. It was called "The Combination" by the mobster. Is possible a Murder Inc 2?

I've always considered the Roy DeMeo clan to be Murder Inc. 2.

I think they liked to be called Murder Machine (The Sequel).
