Hi,

I am BURSTING with excitement about the last 2 episodes, I just cannot wait to find out what happens and I am really trying hard to avoid all the spoilers and hold out for next week. With that in mind, I thought I would create this thread for myself and others who want to discuss the next episode but not have any spoilers revealed yet.

What do you guys think will happen? Surely this will be the bloodbath many people have been waiting for.

Remember, personal predictions are fine but NO SPOILERS please! \:\)

Do you mean episode eight? "The Second Coming" was the 7th and previous episode...

Okay, what is this series about? Think of the GF. Wasn't it about Michael's personal journey in a mob setting? Isn't the Sopranos about Tony's journey in a mob setting? If it is, I wouldn't be surprised if there is not a bloodbath. There have been plenty of posts about Tony losing his family. Maybe that's it - the finale.

I think just like Michael losing Mary to a bullet meant for him, someone Tony loves dies at a bullet meant for him.

I don't know how the show could end without Tony going to jail or dying, there's been so much buildup to one or both of those, but then again that might be why it won't happen.

Maybe he'll survive but be the only one left out of his the main characters in his mob family and he'll be forced to go on the run. I'm not sure but I reckon at least two of his close allies will be going down in the next couple of episodes. I don't rate Paulie's chances, he's dodged too many bullets over the last 6 seasons to be left unscathed after all this.

I don't think the story is solely about Tony's journey. Yes, he is the main character, but unlike the GF the other member's of his family (blood or business) have had deeper character development and storylines.

The storylines have been unpredictable, which has made it so enthralling. One thing we can probably count on is a nasty fight between the NY-NJ families.

But keep in mind that the GF was confined to a one shot movie. The Sopranos series allows for alot of character development. Still, it's about one man's journey.

Someone gave me a pair of tickets for a SOPRANOS season finale party. From what I was told they will have a 2 hour party and serve Italian pastries and Italian coffee before the showing of the season finale on a giant screen.

Don Cardi cool

Me and my friends are having a big sopranos get together for the last two episodes
