In the episdode where Chris (dreams that he) goes to hell briefly after being shot, he tells Paulie that the ghost of Mikey Palmice told him to tell Paulie that 3 o'clock will be an important time for him. All I remember was that Paulie woke up at 3 o'clock and went a bit mental but that's it.

Do you think this is resolved now, or do you think it's possible something will happen to Paulie over the next few episodes of Series 6 part 2 at this predicted time? It got me thinking when Tony was contemplating murding Paulie, I was half-expecting to see a clock with 3 o'clock on it!

No, I think it is just one of about 1,000 thiings that have happened during the seies that could be the origins of later action.
