Can't think of his name but he got arrested after an off duty NYPD officer was killed while he was robbing a house. Whatever became of him and the case?

I love the scene when they are at the construction site and Tony is sitting in the car trying to be very discreet and Bevalaqua spots him and drives over screaming "Hey Tony!" What a jerk.
