Can you be a little more specific? I looked at my DVDs and I didn't see it on the packaging. Is it actually on one of the DVDs? If so, which one?

wow, everyone just feels exactly the way I do about that picture! I have the dvd collection and fell completely in love with that picture and tried everything to get it on my pc but it would always turn black. But now I have it so thanx!!

The picture is briljant! I mean who ever thought of it to make this picture during the movie was really briljant. Does anyone know where I can find the poster??

the only thing I don't like about this poster is DeNiro's clothing. He is not wearing his "young Vito" items (as they are in the Don's office, presumably, or at least not in the 1920's set), and he looks very serious, where as his character is so loveable (family man), despite his killings.

but it sure is a legendary picture

Just an observation, but has anyone noticed that in the posted pictures as well as in real life, back in that era, no one seems to smile for pictures. confused In the family pic of Vito, even the children aren't smiling.

I noticed too, on my recent visit to Ellis Island, they had pictures of immigrants and no one is smiling. I think perhaps at that time maybe they were told not to????

i know some of the older people in my family don't smile for pictures. i think the older generation may think it's a bit "goofy" to smile. serious is what a picture called for back in the day. less pictures were taken back then....so they were precious memories....to smile in a pic is somewhat of a wasted pic.....but now we have so many pics we can have a variety of poses, expressions, and looks.
i think it's just an old-fashioned mentality....at least that's what i think.
