Jeffrey Dahmer, Adolph Hitler and my dad.

My dad and I could eat another meal again together (and laugh while watching Dahmer chase Hitler around the table).

This was done a few years ago, PB, and it'll be interesting to see the results (again) now.

My REAL list would be:

Funny you mention your dad, because I was gonna list my mom, who's gone now, but I wanted to leave it to people I've never met before, although I list Sinatra and I did meet him once.

Besides, I'm sure she's had Jesus' ear for the last 5 years and he could always fill me about what she's up to.

In this age I'm not that picky anymore, as long as they pay for my dinner.

Well, between Elvis and Churchill, what are you and Lennon going to eat?

Yeah, it's true. A friend of mine was in the casino junket business and used to run charters to AC, Vegas and Paradise Island.
It was the ass end of FAS' career, 1991, but it was still unbelievable.
My friend had a huge bettor, he was like a 3 or 4 hundred thousand dollar "buy in" most of the time.
Anyway, FAS was playing the Sands in AC during Thanksgiving weekend 1991, and this bettor that I mentioned was up a couple hundred thousand at blackjack.
The casino, of course, wanted to keep him gambling so he agrees the put the money in "the cage" for the weekend as long as we could get to meet Frank.
They got his manager, Eliot, to agree and we spent about 10 minutes with him. It was very brief, but the memory will last me a lifetime.

A friend of my father's used to work as a pitboss at the Sands in AC. He said that whenever Sinatra would stay there, he'd rent the whole top floor of the hotel including the suites, for his entire staff. He told us that if Sinatra liked certain maids, bellhops, or room service staff that worked his floor during his stay, he would let the hotel know that the next time he was there he wanted the same exact staff to work his floor. Not to mention that he would tip very generously to whoever serviced him at the hotel.

I'd also choose Charles Starkweather, Bloddy Bill Anderson, my dads father he died when I was only 7 way too soon, as I've been told by everyone in my family I remind them of him.
