I think I found it this time: Types of Message Board UsersHowever, the website plaw listed has moved. Here is the link to the homepage of the new site: http://redwing.hutman.net/~mreed/Due to some major changes in the Flame Warriors website, I thought it best to revive plaw's thread elsewhere in this forum. I don't visit others as regularly as this one (of course :)). But I do a lot of political blog reading and it's true, people get downright vicious when talking politics.  I've seen people call others horrible names and use some of the foulest language when someone has a different opinion. As heated as the arguments/discussions get here, and as much as we have our battles, at least there is some kind of moderating and we all are always cautioned to respect others and for the most part, I do believe we do. In the political arena, it's dog eat dog!  TIS

Generally,they are very stupid and pointless,and the one I was in was beyond pointless. OH YEAH?!?!? Well you're an idiot for thinking that! BUTTFACE!!   Sorry, got a little inspired by the topic. But seriosly, isn't that stupid? Calling someone you've never met horrible names,talking about how they should die and all that.And over silly things like a character in a movie!!  I agree one hundred percent. I'm all for well thought out intelligent arguments, but when it starts turning into hatred and name calling then I think the true intelligence of the person comes through.
