Ive had the game for a while now, and i completed it within 2 weeks, How long did it take you guys to complete it? Or If you havent managed to complete it yet, perhaps i can give you some advice to help you with the level your on.

Yes I also Struggled On This Part, My Advice Would Be Speed, Kill The Director Plant The Bomb Andd Get The Documents As Quick As You Can, Run Out The Room, Ignoring Anyone Who Is Shooting At You And Dive Outta The Window.

My advice is to NOT draw your gun, look around in the rooms for a knife (not sure where the room is, it's been a while since I played) then use the knife to kill as many people as possible. By using the knife (if done correctly) you won't bring any attention to yourself. At some point you will have to use your gun but by that time it's pretty easy.

Don't forget you have to find the hooker in the hotel as well.
