The number of innovations Kojima implemented into it is truly awesome. The MGS series is my favorite franchise. The only reason I think the original is better, is basically because it did more in the way of improving and innovating the stealth genre during the time it came out than Snake Eater did. But as for the current generation of systems, Snake Eater is at the top of my list, followed by San Andreas, Pikmin 2, Animal Crossing, I could name a whole bunch. There are a few other rare ones including the one if you get a good time on the monkey mini games. Did you cath the sorrow holding up signs throughout the game? You talkin' to me?

My favorite boss in Snake Eater, and quite possibly my favorite boss from any game, period, would have to be The End. It can take up to an hour to beat this guy, and not from cheap deaths, either.
