I'm pretty sure that's a custom mix made for the show considering its synchronation with the visuals. I doubt that's download-able anywhere.

It's a mix of the Peter Gunn Theme and The Police's Every Breath you take. You can get it on "The Sopranos - Peppers And Eggs: Music From The HBO Series" that they released a few years ago.

The song is on the Peppers and Eggs album. It's the first track on the first disc.

The "Peter Gunn Theme" is the original Henry Mancini version, from the old ('50s? '60s?) TV show; "Every Breath You Take" is, of course, the Police from '84 or so, mixed. Definitely the most ingenious piece of music from the whole series, so far.
