I am doing my best to stimulate the American Economy.

I purchased the GF DVD today, along with a combination DVD/TV to play it on. My TV was 18 years old, so it was time to get a new one.

The St Louis Cardinals evened the NLDS Series at 2 games a piece. The damn Yankees appear to be on the brink of elimination by the A's.

I am about to open a bottle of Coppola Zinfndel. I forgot to pick up some canoli from the Missouri Bakery, however.

If only Apollonia Vitelli was here to watch it with me. Oh well, I actually prefer no distractions as watch the Coppola/Puzo masterpiece.

. . .and I became a Made Member on my last post!

Let's roll!

You live in Missouri?!?!?!?! So do I! I live in Springfield, where John Gotti lives!

Yesterday a few friends and I gathered at my house to give the new discs a spin. We watched GFI and drank some homemade wine, then had dinner and then watched GFII and drank some more wine. It was a great day! I never sat through both movies in one day; it's quite overwhelming!

I have definatly watched all three movies in one day before. Hey, that's what college is for.

As for the DVD, I have not yet watched all of it, I am savoring the first viewing of each disk, not wanting it to be over with too soon.

PS- I did do more in college than just watch the Godfather Trilogy, I meen come on...there's Goddfellas, A Brox Tale, Casino, Donnie Brasco, The Sopranos and so much more. cool
