What are some thoughts on how the Sopranos will end? Will Tony go to jail? Will Chris kill Tony because he blames him for the death of adreana? Will NY bump off Tony? WIll Carmela kill Tony for all of his years of cheating? Will Furio come back to claim Carmela for himself? Any thoughts?

I think there is going to be a war with Johnny Sac because he was arrested while Tony got away. Maybe Tony will be killed but I'd say that if that does happen it will be the last thing and it won't show who took over or any of the aftermath. Hope I'm wrong though.

Contrary to what I want, I expect it to be a severe, drastic, totally disappointing anti-climax, whereby there's NO gang war, NO major whackings, NO twists, and everything ends with the family (and Family) back together again.

I hope not.

As I've said in some other posts, my theory is that in the end, Tony will be taken down by the governement and Uncle Jr. will regain the throne, all this time faking his Alzheimers disease!

I think Chase is through with Sopranos after the next season. And I dont think he will want to leave any excuses for him to continue it, so I can pretty much guarantee Tony's demise

I don't think this will happen. The creators of this show, including Chase, have always been instilled on the idea that these people are crimials. They are horrible people and they deserve to be punished. I think with a mushy ending it would null all of that. Their message to viewers is that these are bad men who will have bad things happen to them. My offical guess would have to say a main character will die and more will be in jail. In the end, either the Family or the family, will crumble completely. I know season 1 ended on a gooey note like this, but they new the show would go on. In the end, I think they are going to want to drive that final point of "punishment" across.

Does anyone think that somebody pretty high up in the Sopranos food chain is a government agent.??.I also think it will not have a happy ending..Chris will go back to his heroin,(if Adriena is indeed dead) and I would love to see Furio come back and confront Tony...I would also love to see Ginny Sack lose 100 pounds and get a job at the Bing!!!!

You have a point; but even so, I still think there won't be any major bloody demises near the end. In fact, I think that RICO will form a major part of an anti-climax. RICO hurts more than the Mob itself these days. If the show was to be completely authentic, it would be an anti-climax. If it wants to make the show more entertaining, it will have major bloody deaths.

Tony is going to get cancer. Remember how he had to wear a bandage on his forehead? Chase just wanted to introduce it, so that way it seems like it didn't come out of nowhere.

cancer? that would be depressing. i see tony going out in a grand style. i'd hate this, but it would be very entertaining if silvio wacked, the way that they hinted at it in season five during the time that john was trying to kill tony b. and tony s. was willing to go to war over it.
