Episode #64: “Long Term Parking” With the feds pulling a new trump card, Adriana (Drea de Matteo) ponders her options; Tony B. unloads some heavy baggage on Tony, and vice-versa; Johnny Sack makes Tony an offer he can refuse; and Tony offers Carmela a deal to make her real-estate dreams come true.

...Sorry ChrisY2J.

Hi Just Lou! I almost don't even dare to speculate. However...by the previews, I think the Adrianna & the feds scenario will move ahead a little. Since she's gonna be in a new show, I'm guessing she won't be around much longer.

The Tony B & Tony thing, I don't know something's gonna come to a head. I'm wondering if there's more to the story Christopher gave Tony about Tony B at the end of last week's episode.

The real estate deal for Carm??? Hmm. Maybe he'll buy her even a nice house to keep her happy.

Well the sure thing is, we don't really ever know.

The "vice-versa" in "Tony B. unloads some heavy baggage on Tony, and vice-versa" makes me think Tony B is history this week. But what is the offer from Johhny Sack that Tony CAN refuse??

I was so shocked to see what happened to Valentina...I think she was a good nemesis for Tony, and being a burn victim now, what is Tony gonna do with her, dump her? Its terrible!

Tonight's description in the TV guide is similar saying:

"How long can Adriana keep her dealings with the FBI secret? This week, the Feds apply pressure and make her situation even more precarious."

I know, I know, you are all just waiting for some action/whackings (even tho I agree I am not as disappointed as some of you). Call me a wide-eyed optimist but I think you'll get it tonight. Two more episodes....Something just have to give, and maybe it just might be Adrianna's final episode or Tony B's. Who knows. I still am looking forward to seeing it.

Plus, I do not mind the Tony/Carm storyline either. I think some of the family problems add a realism at times, that even us normal folk can realte to.

One more thing, I could have sworn someone posted that the Sopranos wouldn't be on this week????? Anyway, it is on.

Well, it was the best episode this season. I have a feeling Christopher may get it in the finale instead of Tony B, although it almost seems to obvious. I hope Chris make sit back for the last season.

Excellent episode. I thought it suspicious that Tony called Adrianna to say Christopher had tried suicide, but at the same time, was surprised when Silvio pulled off the road. I liked Adrianna. At least the FBI are up shit creek now. :p And what was with Christopher staring at that family at the gas station? The guy looked a little like Furio no?

Question tho, the body the kids found by the ocean, the drug dealer...I don't remember that killing. Did they show it in another season?

Not surprised Tony & Carm got back together, but expect Irinna to stay in the picture as a thorn in Tony's side.

I really have doubts that Tony will kill Tony B, and wouldn't be surprised if he even tried to protect him for being killed. He seems really conflicted as to whether or not to "do him in."

All and all one of the best episodes in my opinion.

TIS, Chris saw the yuppie druggy looking guy and realised that he could turn up like that, a washed up man stragled by family life, so he figured he can end up like that yuppie or stay in the boundries of the "Family" wearing his pin striped suits. He obviously gave up his marriage life.

Best eppisode of the season no question. Best eppisode ever? Its definetly stands a fighting chance if you ask me.

Lets start with the minor happening, which would have been huge news any other eppisode of the season. Tony is back in with Carmella. Will it last? Anyones guess. I say yes.

Also, were any of you getting a bad vibe in the begginning with Valentina? Is it just me, or does anybody else think something HUGE is gonna happen with her. Like her taking a shot at Tony or even Carmella. I would not be suprised.

And then of course, Johnny Sac's and Little Carmine's supposed reconciliation that they barely touched on. This my friends is huge. Instead of Tonys family being the swing, its now Little Carmine's. Only time will tell what happens.

And of course the most shocking moment of the season... Adriana buys the farm. While it seemed obvious to me all season that this would happen, I was shocked when it finally did happen. I didnt think she would die, but logic was screaming that Christopher would sell her out, and thats exactly what he did. R.I.P Adriana. We will miss your sweet ass. Lol.

But the most important event was of course the very last couple of minutes. Instead of selling out his cousin, Tony grows some testicles and stands up to Johnny Sac. And for the first real time in 5 seasons, were about to experience something new. WAR. I predict a shit load of bodies. Tony B, Christopher, Phil Leotardo, maybe even Johnny Sac, Silvio, Paulie... Who knows. It could be anybody. All I know is, that were in for a real treat.

DV, during that part, I actually thought the opposite..that maybe Christopher was envious, wanting a "family" life with kids, etc., but wasn't sure. Evidently, it's not his cup of tea.

Of course this one looked great, after the last two duds.

We should of had this kind of shows all season.

Thinking like a women there TIS.

Very quick action by the family tho. Quick setup and BANG she is gone!

Awesome episode. I was on the edge of my seat for the better part of it.

I found it suspicious when Chris left Adrianna (supposedly to buy cigarettes), but I "bought" Tony's story about Chris trying to commit suicide. I then got suspicious about why Silvio didn't ask Adrianna about her marked face, and as soon as he turned down the dirt road I knew she was gone. But still, the whole episode had me guessing.

I'm thinking Phil Leotardo is gonna push Tony too far, and Tony's gonna push back....HARD!

TIS - That scene at the gas station (when Chris saw the couple with the kids and the ratty car) got Chris to thinking what his future (without the mob life) would be like. He didn't like what he saw, and despite his earlier protestations, he wants that lifestyle.

Gotta wait two weeks now.

FS, it's hard to break a habit. Besides, it's the only way I know how to think.

If next season is indeed the last, I look for one of the Sopranos to get killed. If not Tony, someone in his immediate family. If it's gonna end, I'm guessing it'll end on a sour note as opposed to happily ever after (Like GF). Maybe one of the kids. Johnny Sac made a threatening remark about him or his family paying..or something like that.

amazing episode... yea chris basically saw what he didnt want for his future, (listen 2 what ray liotta says in goodfellas as his character henry hill in the end once he joined the witness protection program, about living like an average smhuck.) R.I.P adrianna, even tho she was dumb for staying with chris after all the abuse he gave her. Cant wait for the finale.

While I'm still in the "Thinking like a woman mode" , notice in his coversation with Carm about reconciliation, Tony says "I am what I am" (like Popeye); When Carm asked about the other "issues", his comment was something like, "my midlife crises won't intrude on you anymore." ha ha What the hell's that? He's just gonna be a little more discreet with his infidelities??

I actually have to agree with Don Vercetti there. The first thing that came to mind when Chris was looking at that guy was him thinking "geee... I could end up in a POS car, a mullet, a 300lb wife and two ungrateful kids in witness protection or I can abide by my promise and side with Tony... "

As soon as she picked up the phone and I saw Tony on the other end, I knew she was cooked.

I thought the same thing Paul! It wasn't Furio, but looked a little like him.

Another minor observation.. Did anyone notice when Tony called Adrianna to tell her that Christopher attempted suicide, he used a pay phone and not his cell?? :p He always seems to have the cell on hand, and it seemed odd he'd use the payphone. Unless it was for purposes of the call being traced or something.

How funny that now it seems payphones are so outdated.

Did anybody notice the GF2 reference when Tony is sitting on the chair, smoking his cigar, and thinking about his cousin Tony B? It reminded me of Michael at the end of GF2 sitting there thinking about his family, the famous scene where he has just joined the Marines and Sonny wants to kill him.

Hi Paul, looks like it's just me and you this morning. Yes, I did pick up on that too and thought of GF. I always try to see if I can notice what movie Tony is watching on tv, just to see if there is a connection with the storyline somehow. Couldn't determine this week what it was.

Can someone tell me what's the deal with Little Carmine and Johnny? I missed some parts of it. I thought this was the best episode this season. Johnny Sack threatens to bring down Tony's Family. That threat should be taken seriously considering how big the New York Mobs are compared to Jerseys' crew. I was very suspicious when Silvio was driving her. Once she was taken to the woods I knew she was finished. I wonder when they'll find out about Raymond Curto.
