A rumor involving his cousin puts Tony's relationship with Johnny Sack back on thin ice. Meanwhile, Meadow helps get her boyfriend Finn a job; AJ ponders a "maximum-security summer" at Casa Carmela; Melfi links Tony's current guilt to a past job; and Carmela learns that good legal help is hard to find. Don't miss an all new episode of the Sopranos, "Unidentified Black Males" this Sunday May 2nd at 9 PM ET.

The preview looked great but who can tell. Last weeks looked like a sleeper until the end when Tony B killed Joey. I found it funny that the car rolled over his foot.

yes, that didn't seem right that his foot could get run over, when his hand is extended while shooting his gun? he would have been arms length from the car with his foot. Oh Well.

After shooting Joey Peeps in the top of the head, he reached forward to point his gun closer to the prostitute, Heather. So that's how his foot got run over.

I agree, the previews look hot for this one. It looks like we see Joey's funeral, and that's where Johnny Sack is promising all sorts of revenge.

Great story line and a real good episode!

yeah, that shit was disgusting...certainly the weirdest episode I've seen...I thought for a second that Finn was going to bone that chick Felicia, man the thong strap gets me going... I didn't think that Joey Peeps was that important and was wondering why Johnny Sack was so pissed...Not much of an episode in the final assessment I guess. Hopefully next week will be better.

No kidding!!

Good episode! Felt sorry for poor Fenn, trying to be nice by paying for dinner then getting jumped on by Tony. Poor kid's gonna have a nervous breakdown if he ends up in the Soprano family.

Still not sure about Tony B, and if he's with Tony or not. Got a better sense of Tony's guilt after his session with Dr. Melfi. Looks like tension building on Chris' part against Tony B. as well (the previews).

Was wondering if, at the end that bear was gonna return while Tony was in the pool. All and all, I think a very good episode.

It was a good episode! That scene with Tony coming clean (about the unidentified black males) with Melfi was necessary, and it was good.

That scene with Vito coming clean....well, thats another story.

Did anyone notice the name of the actor who played the security guard? It was Joe something.

I guess that makes him Joe Blow.

Chris is jealous of Tony B. (that line about Tony B. being the number 1 cousin now).

What was with Carmella crying at the end? Frustration?? Those weren't tears of joy, were they?

I think she was happy for Meadow, but I'm thinking it's just a reminder to her marriage failing, and with Tony there in the pool, and her filing for divorce and unable to get a "good" lawyer, the tears just flowed. A woman's viewpoint anyway. :p

Btw, FS you are tired of Melfi, and although I do like the character, I wish Silvio would lose the "stupid" expression. It's getting old. :p

I think this was a great episode. I don't understand how some people have a problem with the therapy sessions. I think of them as a window to Tony's secret world. We always learn something about Tony when he visits Dr. Melfi. I never thought Vito would do something like that. Yikes!

Was Vito trying to pick him up or was he going to take him out and whack him?

Would he "take out" the bosses daughters boyfriend!

FS,

I was wondering the same thing. I think maybe he was taking him out to make sure he keeps his mouth shut (no play on words here) . Yet, after tonight's episode maybe he would put the "moves" on him, who knows?

Questions for next week!

Janice is coming back!

Finding Chris's hidden body- Put which one?

Who is Tony paying for to get the best?

Which guard is getting chased and who/ or what are they throwing in the water?

Oh, it looks like it is going to heat up here!

Excellent eppisode.

It introduced alot of things that I feel will led up to. And here is my hypothesis for the eppisodes to come before the end of the season. Johnny Sac gets concrete proof that it was Tony B who killed Joey. Bam Tony B is dead. Tony sides with Little Carmine, and Johnny Sac ends up dead. Also, Finn is gonna some how end up dead, whether it be by the hands of Tony, or Vito. If its Vito, then he will probably "blow" him away. (I tried)

FS,

Could it possibly be that they find Ralphie's body (or part of it

RB, I sense this whole Vito "thing" will open up a whole bunch of play on words.

That was hysterical!! Just the way Tony was so mad. My husband and I kept repeating it over and over, it was so funny.

I didn't see that situation with Vito coming at all. It's a good thing I didn't have anything to eat, I would've lost it.

As for Meadow and her boyfriend Finn. Since they're engaged. If the wedding was to happen, I know who'd be wearing the pants in that family, and it wouldn't be Finn.

No pun intended...

I thought it was nasty and unnecessary. It completely tore apart the episode for me. They could have started Finn's journey to the looney bin some other way. I thought they were doing just fine with Eugene and Little Paulie's tiff and being tempted by Felicia.

The body they were dumping in the water reminded me of a scene in season four when they tossed Ralphie. I have a feeling that is going to come back and bite Tony in the butt. They had to be kidding with Vito Spatifore. I figured Finn was going to catch Felicia with somebody or end up in bed with her causing further tension with Meadow. I wonder what they are thinking when they write these stories? First Aceveda on The Shield is forced into that position and now Vito on this show is doing this willingly. The best parts were with Johnny Sac at the funeral. The tension is building to somebody getting killed. Placing Tony B in charge of the casino could be the straw that broke the camel's back and Chris could wind up flipping on the whole crew when the show ends like Henry Hill did in Goodfellas.

Great episode . It had a season one/two feel to it. When I saw the title I wondered what the heck is this one going to be about.

Unidentified Black Males

First Tony B blames these black males for his limp. Second these balck males get blamed for the fight at the construction site. Third is Tony's revelation at the end. Boy do these unidentified black males get around.

Poor Finn you felt his conflict when he was standing outside the porto john, Was Vito, comming on to him, just trying to be friends, or make him dissappear. The engagement is the safe move for Finn.

It should not be hard for Johnny Sac to find out that Tony is lying. Tony will go out of his way to protect Tony B this time.

Classic Melfi & Tony at the end.

Hope they keep this momentum going

Two more minor observations:

Tony telling Melfi that Carm has never "been" with anyone else but him and how the "poor girl was starving for it" Wait to see if he finds out about the counselor.

Meadow telling Fenn she has never seen any kind of violence as far as her dad's concerned. After some of the accusations she made against Tony in earlier seasons, I was curious to how much she knew about the family business. I assume she's heard things, and not seen them.

Also, Meadow's boyfriend's name?? Isn't it Fenn or is it Finn??? For some reason I didn't think he was Italian, because that sure isn't an Italian name, but he said his last name last night and he is Italian. Watch this timid shy young man end up whacking someone before the season ends.

So, is it Vito Spatafore or Vito Spitaftore?

I know - its a stretch, but it made me laugh.

Ciao.

Can you imagine what Joseph Gannascoli's reaction was when he read this episode's script? "I gotta do what...???"
