I don't have access to HBO and I have been trying to find out through your numerous reviews and remarks.

However, I didn't find anything in your reviews that indicates that this was even mentioned in the first three episodes.

Was it never mentioned? Does this mean that Tony decided to delay taking care of Andy/Andrew for a while? or should we assume that Tony did take care of it and got his money but it wouldn't show us how?

Help!!

The way they left the eppisode basically tells us that Tony gets his deposit back. I wouldnt think any other thing but that.

I have the Season Four DVD set, and I watched that episode "Whitecaps" with David Chase's commentary playing over it. Chase's comments at the end of the episode suggest that Tony does indeed get his 200 grand back from Alan Sapinsly.

As the music of Dean Martin comes blasting from Tony's boat, you see Sapinsly walk back into his house, defeated and resigned to the fact that he can't beat Tony.
