I keep thinking that for the sopranos to be REALLY interesting (not that it is not interesting so far) is for Meadow to be involved somehow in the Family business.

A.J. looks like he can screw up a steel bar if he handles it, let alone the Business. Even though it's not hereditory, do you guys think that there is any chance of having such a thing over the next season or two (if any)?

I don't think there is a chance of it happening, to be honest, and I certainly wouldn't want it to happen. The good thing about Sopranos is seeing how Tony deals with his two lives. I wouldn't want it to be spoilt by bringing the two together, especially if it was as unbelievable as the storyline you suggest. Besides, it would be the last thing Tony would want.

While I think it would be kind of cool, to see how Tony would handle it, plus to see how the writers would go about writing something like that.

But like the person above me said, no way in hell would Tony want that for his daughter or son for that matter.

i think that somehow meadow may get mixed up because of tony. it wouldn't be on purpose but she might get injured or see her dad kill somebody. it would be pretty cool

I have very had this same exact thought in mind now for a long while now. My roomate and i both agree that it is a possibility. We just can't agree on how it can happen in the near future.

There has been a bit of foreshadowing if that is the wat David Chase is taking it. Hence, when Tony goes to the other side. Remember who is the Real Boss, the daughter of the Don.

All the males in his life have raised trust issues in the past. Once I though maybe Silvio would take over, but If I remember correctly, wasn't he starting to flake out in the last season? Think about it, Big Puss, Junior, Pauly, Furio, Ralphy, ect. The only people Left that he seems to trust is Melfi and Meadow. Meadow was hardly in he last season, maybe to put her out of mind to make it truly suprising.

Whether or not you agree, I would enjoy some thoughtful discussion on how it could happen. My only guess is a mental breakdown of Tony.

Of the subject, I wish they would bring back the Russians, ecspecially the guy from the Pine Barrows episode.
