When Jackie Jr. robs the poker game and kills Sunshine and shoots Furio, if he would have been caught by Chris right then right there like his friend would Chris have killed Jackie Jr. or wait for Tony to decide what to do ?

Chris was, and still is, a hothead. He would have killed Jackie Jr had he got the chance. Remember. later in the evening he says to Tony "I find him I'm doing him tonight," and Tony has to calm him down. If he had killed Jackie, then he thought about it afterwards Chris would have probably realised it was a bad idea, but in the spur of the moment Jackie Jr. would have been a dead man.
