How is Christopher Tony's nephew? Who of Chris' parents related to Tony and how?
Where does it say that? I went over the first 3 seasons three times over and never found a reference except that he's a "nephew".

Christopher's father, Richard Moltisanti, was Carmela's cousin. The reason Tony thinks Christopher as a blood relatiev is because Richard Moltisanti (or "Dickie) was a close member of Tony's crew before he died.
Tony met Carmela through relations with Richard.
