Would you or would you not have endorced Visiting Day ( episode "a hit is a hit"). Also whatever happened to the court threats and well the entire ordeal between Tony Soprano and "Massive Genuis"!?!

Its another plot hole left by the writers. Just like the Russian from Pine Barrens and Melfi's rapist.

I still think that the Melfi rapist will get his "lot" at one time or another in the future, would be "justice" if he did. Melfi seems to have written the incident off (within reason) otherwise her character would keep dropping clues/hints to Tony that she was seeking revenge.

Having said that, we've been waiting one hell of a long time for the mad Russian to re-appear!

Well I actually like Visiting Day's songs! THe one which Chris plays to Hesh with the "miao" in! As for the storyline going nowhere, I think it was just about summed up in the episode. Chase loves to make episodes as if they could be stand alone films, wrapped up in the fifity minutes. In this case, Hesh threatened to countersue, and this would have been enough, despite Genius saying otherwise, to end the ordeal. It a was a "blackmail" on Hesh's part, and would have led to nothing.
