Hello all.

I have not been on here in a while....i have a lot to read to catch up...anyway i digress.

the reason i am posting is to ask if any of you lovely people have a copy of Nick Pileggi's "Casino: Love and Honour in Las Vegas" that you would be willing to sell to me.

Unfortunately it is out of print in the UK, and ebay.co.uk has nothing. Further more, the only copy i could find for sale in the U.S Ebay - the seller refuses to sell to the UK...the cheek!!!

Anyway, please, if you have a copy, i would be delighted to get hold of it. Please feel free to email me Ben_Reed_uk at Hotmail.com

Thanks guys.

Thats where you're wrong...out there its the 1990s. In here its 1952.

BBB -

Check out this link (below) for Barnes & Noble (a large bookselling chain here in the U.S.) offering that title.

BARNES & NOBLE - N. PILEGGI

These are used copies of the book at really decent prices. I've bought used books from them before and have never been disappointed or had any problems. Most of the sellers offer international shipping.

(You can't go wrong at $2.00 for a hardcover book. I have no idea what they would charge for shipping, though).

Or you can try http://www.abebooks.com/ as I am sure there are many U.S. sellers that are willing to ship to the U.K.

Good luck.

I've bought plenty of used books from abebooks.com (the link that DC posted). I've always found them reliable. Can't see why they wouldn't ship to the UK.

Bada Bing Ben. Some day, and that day may never come, We'll call upon you to do a service for us. But uh,
until that day -- accept this justice as a gift from your gangsterbb friends.

I bought a used library copy of the book on Ebay for under $5.00 including shipping. The list price was only $2.00, so I guess its not an "in demand" item, but its available. Best of luck searching!

Bart, Is it wrong to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family? No. Well suppose you got a large starving family, is it wrong to steal a truckload of bread to feed them? Uh-uh. And what if your family don't like bread, they like cigarettes? I guess thats ok. Now what if instead of giving them away, you sold them at a price that was practically giving them away. Would that be a crime Bart?
