I'm looking for a American mob-boss (or other major crime figur) who doesn't spend a night in jail.....
I cant think of any New York mob boss who doesn't...
Got some ideas?

I dont know if Mayer Lansky was a New Yorker but I know he didnt spend any time in jail.

Very much like the Hyman Roth assassination scene, federal agents met Lansky's plane upon its return to the U.S. and immediately arrested Lansky.
