The acting boss after Massino got arrested was Basciano but he got set up by massino and the feds. After that Michael 'Mickey Nose' Mancuso took over as acting boss. And he still is today. There is no official boss at the moment or they are keeping it quiet. The commission will probably point out someone when the heat is over. If they appoint someone right now he will become an instant target for the feds. Its better to keep a low profile. Like Nick Corozzo who officialy only holds the rank of captain while he is probably the street boss of the Gambinos. I dont dont think there is much choice within the Bonanno-family, most captains have either flipped or been sent to prison. The family consiglieri Anthony 'TG' Graziano also is in prison at the moment. So for now Mancuso calls the shots, lets see how long it takes for the feds to nail him too. Not too many bosses or acting bosses stay out of jail for too long. Maybe Thomas 'Tommy Shots' Gieoli, acting boss of the Colombo-family, is an exception.
