Turnbull, Did the judge say "why" he couldn't tesify? And does this mean he himself can be prosecuted for murder now?? Yea, sounds like a pretty serious setback to me. TIS

TISTIS, according to the NYTimes: "After excusing the jury and hearing the proposed testimony from Mr. D'Urso, Judge Block said he had concluded that among other things, Mr. D'Urso's knowledge of the events at the center of the Gotti case was too remote.
