I can't say I even know that Sammy "The Bull" Gravano had a son, but for those of you who do, I heard he got 9 years jail time for I believe trafficing the drug "ecstasy". Now he can keep his dad company. Isn't he in jail as well?? Ah, the family that stays together!!!

Granted, it's up to adult individuals to own up to responsible choices, and I don't believe in any of this "I'm-a-victim" crap; however, I do feel sorry for kids like that to a point because they mimic their parents. parents need to wake up to that truth before it's too late. Otherwise, you raise a Gravano Jr. or a Robert Downey Jr. It's as logical as mathematics.

Great song Snake, covered excellently by Ugly Kid Joe around early 90's I think.

The thing is with Gravano, in his early "spotlight" career including his book he repeatedly mentions that his life wasn't the life for his kids and was disgusted with Gotti bringing his sons into it. And then Gravano gets busted for holding the largest drug ring of ecstacy in Arizona and his son has a large part into it too.

Drug trafficking does not equal "mob," I think that what Sammy said is often taken out of context, he didn't want his son to be part of what he was... but he doesn't exactly say that he didn't want him to be some sort of criminal or another.
