Anyone know how Dracula actually died? If he ran away in the early 1980s, where did he go? Did he die and they never found his body?
Also are the rumours about him drinking victims blood true? Or just speculation?

Somebody just read Murder Machine for the first time, and is simply fascinated, it would seem. wink

I never heard anything about the blood drinking, his looks alone could have gotten him the 'dracula' moniker. Unless it was mentioned in one of the books, and I forgot.

He was an older fella, even in the early 80's, wasn't he? I don't think it's known whether he walked into a bullet or died peacefully in a Transylvanian castle, or something in-between.

Yes he was an older fella. Well at least by that crew´s standard.
An article published in 1984 listed him as 56.
But who knows whatever happened to him? Perhaps he turned into a bat?

haha busted, ya what can i say, i really liked it
I thought it was as good as Wiseguy, very different kind of book, but just as good
ya thats what i figured, haha maybe he did turn into a bat and fly to Transylvania
Recommend any other books like Murder Machine?

Well..the Casso book is a lot in the same style, isn´t it? So look for "Confessions of a Mafia Boss" by Philip Carlo.

Joe Guglielmo wasnt nicknamed Dracula because he drank victims blood but rather because he looked a bit like Bela Lugosi (actor who had played Dracula)

in Albert Demeo' s book he says he brought his uncle Joe(Dracula) to the airport and never saw or heard from him again. But not before his luggage was searched before boarding and bunches sex toys were found lol.
