love the show!!! i know people are gonna say it "staged" ect, and it more than likely is to a degree, but thats no different than any other "reality" show. i look at it as entertainment, nothing more, and really enjoy watching. jim tom is a character for sure, but my favorite is tickle. my favorite quote from him was from season 1 after he fell off the roof and broke his ribs on the side of the truck. he said something along the lines of " the cause of, and the solution to my problem is one in the same" lol , referring to moonshine. tickle always has a beer in his hand, a real hard working, hard drinking american!

hey mig, have you seen the new spinoff yet, "tickle"? its totally staged and fake, but its good for a laugh, especially if you're a fan of the original. series. it's only a half-hour show, check it out! lol

I've watched both and yes both are fake. Moonshiners is not bad but Tickle is way beyond dumb to me.

It look staged but still a good watch.
