I wouldn't even know. Britney Spears needs something to do - she's actually this generation's Paula Abdul. Like Paula, she's known more for her dancing and off-stage life than her actual singing. [/b][/quote]You are totally joking, right?

But I can actually see where you are coming from. Similarities between the two are addictive personalities - Paula with "pain killers", Britney with Red Bull. Two marriages a piece for both. Overrated wannabe singers with issues (bulimia, self esteem, etc)

The difference is Britney thrives in the tabloids. She doesn't seem apologetic for any of the dopey or bizarre things she does. Paula on the other hand, seemed to just really have a lapse of good or sane judgement.

To where we look at Paula and say "what was she thinking?!", we tend to look at Britney and say "who cares?".

The best guest judges ever were Quenten Tarantino (blunt and refreshingly honest) and Mark "Sugar Ray" McGrath (honest, but a bit too flirty with the ladies). Gene Simmons was also pretty straight up, but who could stand to look at him week after week? LL Cool J? Cool, but a Randy clone.

They need another woman. But a SMART woman...someone with some humility, some common sense and who would be a good balance and voice of reason between the other two guys.

I think it should be me....
