It happened at a sit down when Scarfo met with NY (Leonetti) didn’t say who- but they were upstairs having a meeting in some restaurant
And I think the girlfriends were downstairs
Chuckie was drunk and made a play which pissed off NY and they made excuses and left once the meet was over (was supposed to have dinner together)
After that, that’s when Scarfo denoted Chuckie
It.s an embarresment 2 the La Famiglia that Chuckie would even make a play OUT OF TOWN....he has done this kind of shit years ago w/ the Marconi bros. he does not learn his lessons well.....in '86 when I met him he was an arrogant asshole drunk..go figure......
